At UnisMetalCanvasCreations.com, every piece of artwork is custom-made and printed on high-quality metal canvas. Because each order is uniquely crafted to your specifications, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

This policy applies to all products, including custom orders, standard designs, and limited-edition prints.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While refunds are not offered, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement if the damage is verified.

Claims submitted after the 7-day period cannot be honored.

3. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order details (such as size, finish, and shipping address) before completing checkout. We cannot issue refunds for mistakes made during the ordering process.

4. Shipping Issues

As stated in our Shipping Policy, UnisMetalCanvasCreations.com uses third-party shipping carriers. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for such issues.
